This policy is short because there is not much to disclose. The app was built so that we could not spy on you even if we wanted to.
Nothing. No personal information, no usage analytics, no crash reports, no device identifiers, no location, no conversation content, no audio, no photos. This website sets no cookies and runs no trackers.
The model and the database run on your phone. Your conversations and vehicle settings are stored in the app sandbox on your device. Deleting the app deletes them. We never receive them and cannot recover them.
The chat and sound tuner make no network requests. The app contacts our content delivery service only to download the AI model and the vehicle database, and to check for updates to them. Those requests carry no personal data. On Android the model and database are fetched once on first launch over WiFi, because the Play Store limits how large an app download may be; on iPhone they already ship inside the app. When cloud analysis features arrive for Pro, a photo or sound clip you choose will be sent only for that one analysis and never to identify you. Nothing will ever be sent unless you press the button.
No advertising kits, no analytics kits, no social kits. On iPhone, purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store under Apple's terms. The Android app is free and has no purchases at all.
We collect no data from anyone, which includes children. That satisfies COPPA and similar rules everywhere.
If you choose to share a recording on the contribute page, we receive that audio file and the label you gave it, and we use it to train future versions. It is not linked to your identity. Do not include voices you do not want shared.
